This location was sourced by Film Locations UK Ltd shortly before the owners moved to new premises and the site became vacant pending planning applications and change of owner to developers.
By setting up a simple communication network with the sites managers and security then fully cataloguing all areas of the site and breaking these areas down into component locations we were able to market the site to over 800 key UK location researchers, photographers, photographers agents and corporate & commercial production companies. This in turn generated almost £80,000 worth of hire for the sites owners in the 14 months it remained empty. Empty sites cost money to maintain!
